My statement stands; the fact that you specified JNET% means that you
are invoking a user application to hook into VMSmail as does PSImail;
ie PSI% invokes and image called psi_mailshr.exe to transmit over a
local psi network; jnet% will invoke an image called jnet_mailshr.exe
at location 240200100303 to handle the local gateway connection there.
PSImail does NOT have the intelligence to do it directly.

(By the way, I would not be able to mail you via
PSI%240200100303::JNET%SEQZ51::MATTS because I don't have a direct
connection to PSS, and, as I said, (ad nauseaum) PSImail does NOT
have the intelligence to link to a different network via a gateway
(phew)
