A colleague of mine who is a VAX/VMS Systems Programmer, wants to experiment with using 'C' as a Systems Programming language under VMS. His problem is that he doesn't want to spend too much money until he has convinced himself that it's the right way to go. So, does anyone know of a Public Domain 'C' compiler for VAX/VMS?
