[mod.computers.vax] determining if a process holds a given identifier from DCL?

I may be missing the obvious here, but I can't seem to find a way for
a command procedure to determine if a process holds a given identifier.

Is there a way to do this directly from DCL?  I've written an image to
do what I want, but was just curious ...
