I was wondering if anyone could send me the latest greatest version of the pseudo terminal driver that I've heard mention of in the past. I want to write some software for my Amiga to allow me to dial into my vax and start up multiple processes (one per window of course) and the PTY driver seems like the most sensible way for me to go about it. Since the VAX Station must do this sort of thing I'd like any info anyone may have regarding how it works, since I'd be reimplementing it for the most part. Is there a driver that comes with VMS to support these things, or does it only come when you actually get a workstation? If I could end up emulating a Vax Station, I'd probably think I was in heaven. Also, I'd like to connect my VMS machine to the wonderfull world of networks, as cheaply (free?) as possible, any information would be appreciated. UUCP software seems the easiest, what else is there? Thanks in advance for any info, if there's any interest I'll post whatever usefull tidbits I find. Cheers, Joe Meadows Jr, js@uw-june.arpa
