[mod.computers.vax] Restricted batch queue solution

   Thanks to all who replied.  The most elegant solution was proposed
by John Nolan, who suggested I grand an identifier to those needing
access to the queue, and to check in SYLOGIN for the identifier if the
process was running in that queue.
   John: I need the code you offered, but my attempts to mail direct to
