Recently there has been some talk about SDL. I'm interested in finding
out some more about the utility. I've asked DEC for an SPD but locally
they don't seem to know anything about it !!
I'd be grateful if anyone could pass on SPD-like details to me.

For the last 3 years several of the persons attending DECUS Symp. have worn
buttons saying "WE WANT SDL". As I understand it is a DEC internal package.

not find an SPD. One of the Chief proponents for SDL is Larry Kilgallen. His
address is Box 81, MIT Station, Cambridge, MA 02139-0901. I am certain he would
like to merge a group of letters concerning why you want/need SDL and take them
to DEC. Either write him or send mail to me and I will print it and forward it
to him.
