Some time ago I alluded to a local MAIL project. Replies at that time were forwarded to our postmaster, Reg Quinton. Recently Reg created a "prospectus" describing what our mailer is about and the status of the project, and this has been sent to everyone who expressed an interest in our work. (Summary: we are NOT looking for "beta" sites. There is a good chance that something distributable will be available in the new year.)
