[mod.computers.vax] Module Tree of VMS images

Wanted:

  A VMS V4 FORTRAN-77 program that prints out a tree of modules for a given
program. Possibly the implementation is based on LINK/MAP/CROSS output, but
maybe someone has found a way of interpreting the image's debug symbol table.
Output should be something like this:

    MAIN
        MYSUB1
           LIBSUB1
               FOR$OPEN
        MYSUB2
           LIBSUB2
               SYS$SUB1
           LIBSUB3
               LIB$SUB1
           etc.

    END

Modules might be objects from other languages than FORTRAN so
something like Decus's VAX-99 INDEX will not do.
Any hint is appreciated.
