[mod.computers.vax] Textronics IP/TCP?

I have rumors about a (semi?) public domain IP/TCP that originated from
Textronics.  Is there such a package, does it work well, and if so,
where can I get it?

I would like to run this so that we can try the PMDF package, which
I understand uses Textronics IP/TCP.
