Just had my latest battle with VMS DCL. Anyone have any slick ways to the following.... use variables that may have "" in them. Try making a DCL that copies a file to the terminal. Easy huh? Try putting some lines with "" and other junk in the file! determine if a logical name is defined? Handy in cleanup routines to determine if files are open. Any suggestions appreciated. ------
