SCHWER@CRVAX.SRI.COM (LEN SCHWER) (12/31/86)
Does anyone have more information about a semi-undocumented MAIL
syntax that allows the specification of a protocol and an
address to the `To:' prompt, i.e.
To: protocol%address
where address is the usual username or wherever and protocol tells
MAIL to fire up a process
[syslib]protocol_mailshr.exe ???
This was suggested as a possible solution to warehousing mail messages
waiting for asynchronous transmission to another VAX. My thanks to John
Klensin for the initial tip.
Thanks in advance ... Len Schwer
