Alternatively, have your local office ask for a s/w person in the London
Ontario Canada office (DEC will have the number).  You may use my name as
a reference to clarify what you are looking for - A lot of people in the
local office are aware of the problem.  Or contact or have your local office
contact TSC, which is where our office got the XEDRIVER.
