[mod.computers.vax] DECNet file access with secondary password--impossible

In reply to several messages, at the Digital DECNet course I took about a
year ago we were told explicitly that there was no way to indicate a
secondary password in the access control string, period.  I wouldn't
necessary take that as gospel, but that WAS what we were told.
