However, I'm interested in the results and in making contact with other users. 6) Version of VMS 4.5 7) Version of Oracle UFI v3.5 Oracle v4.2.2 interim release I also have a question to pose to anyone else using Oracle: We're an academic user and will be having classes using Oracle each quarter to learn about relational database models. I've been able to figure out how to create separate usernames for the students. However, the big question now is -- How do I get rid of them and all the database definitions and data at the end of each quarter. The only way I see now is to change the password to each, connect, drop all tables, views, and synonyms, etc.... Which seems like a bit of work 4 or more times a year for 60 or more students! Is there an easier way -- short of reinstalling oracle -- to do this? I realize that in normal "real world" situations this kind of problem wouldn't crop up. I would appreciate any information as I got Oracle dumped on my desk last week and know only what I've been able to glean from the manuals in that time. And you know of course when they want to use it! Thanks in advance. Donna J. Rostetter --- CSDJR@UOFT02 (VAX) or Computer Services ATSDJR@UOFT01 (NAS) University of Toledo (both BITNET) 2801 W.
