[mod.computers.vax] UIS attribute blocks

Hi,
	Are the 255 UIS attribute blocks available to application
programs global, or are there 255 of them for each virtual display?
The UIS documentation leads one to believe that they're global, but it
doesn't explicitly say so.  I'm working with VMS version 4.5, UIS version 3.0 
on a VaxStation II with a monochrome display.

There is one set of 256 attribute blocks (including block 0, the default
block) per virtual display.  What was it in the UIS documentation that led
you to believe there was only one set system-wide?
