[mod.computers.vax] Chain letter

  It is completely unreasonable to send a chain letter to INFO-VAX or
to any other group or individual on the net.  It consumes exponentially
growing network resources, and it frightens people.  It may get
discussion groups such as INFO-VAX closed down.

  If anyone is really frightened of breaking the chain, forward your
copy of the message to me, and I will delete it.
