[mod.computers.vax] SCH$QAST ???

Hi,

I am trying to find more documentation on a system call, "SCH$QAST";
I think it has to do with the scheduler.  I need to know what the
registers to use with it.  Please direct me to the proper Dec
documentation.  Thanks a lot to all in advance.
