[mod.computers.vax] Using EUNICE with LTAxx: terminals

Has anybody had experience using DECserver LTAxxx: terminals with EUNICE?
 
Also, is it possible to logically link a particular DECserver port with a
specific LTAxxx: so that the 'logical' port numbers don't increase?  I
know it's possible to dedicate a DECserver port as an applications terminal
port (for printers, for example).  Can I do the same without a dedicated
application?
