We are working with terminal servers (LATCP 5.1). When we first began to use the servers we found a problem with LTDRIVER.EXE. It was bringing our terminals in as 8-bit rather than 7-bit ASCII. This caused us real fits when we tried to use Allin1's WPSPLUS on VT100s, so we went to virtual terminals (VTAxx) and used TTDRIVER.EXE. This solved the problem. It seems now that our 'watchdog' program has problems translating two virtual terminals into something it can deal with. My question is: Did we do something wrong when we set up the LATS and/or has a later version (this was orginally done back in June) of the driving software or LTDRIVER corrected the problem? Any ideas? ------

The release notes for LATplus 1.1 say this: o /EIGHTBIT characteristic - The V1.0 software incorrectly set this characteristic according to the terminal server port's character size. This has been corrected in V1.1. May be the cause of your problem---I haven't tried this version yet myself.
