Hi, I've been wondering what can and can not be changed in the VMS operating system w/o getting the wrath of DEC flung at you. I have heard people mention writing applications and hooks into [STS0.SYSEXE]LOGINOUT.EXE, and other fairly major parts of VMS. My question is, according to DEC software agreements, can these files be legally altered? I haven't been able to find any mention of what a site running VMS can alter and what they can't. Any clues appreciated. /Steve +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Steve E.
