[mod.computers.vax] Any way to avoid bouncing mails back to senders ??

sun@YALEVAX5.BITNET (03/16/87)

Hi,
I always set up the mailler of my account on YALEVAX5 to forward
incoming mails to a MicroVax workstation (SET FORWARD inside MAIL). When
the link between them is disconnected (it happens once a while), all the
incoming mails are bounced back to the senders. Is there a way to avoid
that?

Sorry, VMS MAIL doesn't do store-and-forward. You need something like PMDF
to do this.
