Anyone interested in a program to "buffer" messages contect ERIC @ UOFT02. I have two programs that I wrote a year or two ago, and have been modifying ever since. One simply runs as a subprocess and logs any messages that come in to a disk file. The other one will log all messages to a file, and then if it was a message from a user send a reply message to the original sender. It is about the same as the EXEC's used on IBM's except that one must always be logged in to use it (one can not detach or disconnect).
