So, anyways, who's going to the symposia this month? Will there be an info-vax BOF? This will be my first, so someone else suggest a way to gather, please. I will be bringing a tape (if I get my drive working between now and then) which will contain a few of the useful tools I've gathered (subject to copyright/DECUS library restrictions) and my public domain MAKE for VMS (UNIX syntax, not something new). I will be submitting MAKE to the program library since I can't deal with distributing it myself. For D.C. area info-vaxers going to Nashville: I decided it would be fun to drive down (~10-12 hours), so I can take one more rider (me, friend, and _____). Very comfy car, should be a great drive. I'll leave Sat. 4/25 for Nashville and Sat. 5/2 for D.C. Regards, Todd Aven the Softwear Sweatshop (301)345-1692 ------

1. I'm originally from D.C. and I drove that route once years ago - I wish you god-speed and if you find me in Nashville, I promise to buy you a drink. 2. I will be there from Sat. on and most people can find me hanging out with the rsx crowd (much smaller and rowdier then the vms folks). 3. I will start the ball rolling and suggest anyone who wants search me down at the rsx table during the sunday night reception (yes I know this is a vax group - but have you ever tried to get close to the vax table on sunday night ????
