[mod.protocols] NAPLPS protocol

Could anyone point me to a reference (online or offline) which
describes the NAPLPS terminal protocol - i.e. what escape sequences
and control codes cause what things to happen in the terminal and what
unusual sequences the terminal might send to the host (other than the
normal letters, numbers, punct. etc)?
