Please wait for an announcement from Charlie Kim before picking up his CAP 3.0 release. The current shar file there on cu20b is a pre-release and needs a couple minor fixes first. We'll try to have a copy sitting here on russell when Charlie is ready, to minimize cross-country FTPs.
