I just installed the new KIP and CAP ;-) code. It works great! Thanks. I've notice a speed improvement (30%) on existing vax -> max transactions. Two questions: 1. I have multiple vaxs using one KFPS box and I can only seem to get one of them to recieve. All send out requests (look NBP's) but only one shows the responses. Can some one give a bit of mail help with this? One or two messages should solve the problem. 2. I have some updates to the EFS code to make it work better and support HyperDrive's (right now the drive # selection code is a bit off and efsd doesn't handle TRel dropping) Who should I send these to? 3. I have an INIT file / modified macput which allows uploads to occur over appletalk (MUCH faster). I'd like to release this to anyone who wants it. Who should I send it to? (It also tells you when you have VAX mail; you get a dialog box on your mac) -thanks again; my hat is off to the folks at Columbia and Standford; Nice job! ps: The telnet program seems to get confused if there are two bridges and only one is running KIP. It sends it's IP address resolution packets to the wrong bridge. Does this make sense? I don't use telnet, so it's no big deal to me but others may have problems. -- J Bradford Parker General Computer (HyperNet Drive, apt 2) harvard!gcc-milo!brad "Above the sound clashing ideologies..." -Billy B.
