If anyone is interested, I have finished a port of the MIT PC/IP package to the PC using the Microsoft C Compiler. I'm still working on how to distribute it, but if your interested send me mail for now. Also, using this code, we have a device driver working with the new IBM token ring interface. The code for this will be made available approximately the same time as the boards are actually available, probably Jan 1. On another note, has anyone done the work to provide a UDP interface to the Wisconsin IBM VM implementation? Drew -------

An unreleased version of wiscnet includes TFTP, a UDP interface, IP datagram forwarding and significant performance enhancements. A 3705 bisynch driver, implemented at the university of maryland, is also included. Several sites are running beta test versions. Unfortunately, we do not at present have people funding to prepare a proper distribution (which hopefully would also include a domain name resolver). There is a possibility this situation will change soon but this is not yet certain. Larry Landweber

I'm interested in trying your PC/IP package in both the MSDOS and XENIX environment. Please let me know if you are going to distribute it. Alex Woo
