Folks, Our spacewatch network reports sighting TCP connections to port 104, which is not an assigned number according to RFC-960. This number, however, is in the range usually associated with a standard network service and is assigned only after public disclosure and documentation. I suspect from context this number has been assigned our X.400 crew, which leads me to politely inquire if encapsulation information is available so we can all claim our First-Crash Awards.
