Recently, I became aware that by following "proper" procedures for
posting into ARPAnet mailing lists, my articles were processed in such
a way as to never make it into the USENET side of the world. It
appears that these problems will be with us until the release and
installation of the long awaited 2.11 aka 2.10.3 netnews.

In the meantime I am going to cheat and bypass the "proper" procedure.

I do not know if this method will get into the ARPAnet. If it does
not, I will have to send my articles out twice. If you are receiving
this note via an ARPAnet mailing list, could you please let me know so
I can avoid duplications? Thanks.
