[mod.protocols.tcp-ip] Root NameServers on the East Coast

I don't know if that has been talked about before but given
the current state of the Arpanet wouldn't it be rational
to have a root server on the East Coast?

I was just at the DOMAIN server committee at the Internet Engineering
Task Force at SRI last week.  There will be nameservers appearing on
both the EAST COAST and on MILNET very soon.
