As a current user of TACs and hosts on both Milnet and Arpanet and as a former provider of remote timesharing services across these networks I can say that things have indeed gotten a lot better in the past few weeks. I thank those who have made this happen and second (third?) the urging from those folks who know what all this looks like at the bottom to get more resources in place soon. We are riding on the hairy edge now that it has been tuned. No more such miracles are forthcoming. But, I thank thee for this one... Dan -------
