A few days ago I posted a request for help on ignition noise on the radio of my 1984 Fiero. The trouble turned out to be caused by a loose battery cable. A couple of times the entire electrical system was dead so I started checking cables. I found the negative cable loose at the battery and tightened it. This also cured my radio problems. Thanks to all people who responded with suggestions. Jim Brohard
