When I lived up on Long Island, there was a place called U-do-it. They had car lifts, tools, a parts store, and mechanics. The lifts and tools were for rent by the hour. Mechanics were there for advice, or you could let them do the work (which they called We-do-it). Does such a thing exist in New Jersy? Atleast a place with indoor heated space for rent would be good.
