We are seeking an engineer qualified to enrol for Higher Degree (by research).
The successful candidate will receive an APRA (Industry) scholarship valued 
at $17,427 pa. (tax free) for a maximum period of two years.

Signal Processing Associates (SPA) are consulting and contract design
engineers specialising in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Data 
Communications products and services.  SPA will provide on-site facilities 
for the scholar, who will have the opportunity to undertake research into
advanced data communications techniques in the area of coding theory.
This work will lead to the commercialisation of a product.  The candidate 
will gain valuable experience in research and software & hardware design 
in a commercial environment, whilst working for a Masters or PhD Degree.

Scholars will be required to sign non-disclosure agreements to protect SPA's 
intellectual property.
