All chess enthusiasts on the net, and the keeper of
the ladder in particular, should please note that
net.chess does not exist any more. The fact that
it is available on some sites just confuses the matter.
The net as a whole has changed over to using net.games.chess.
Whether you agree with this move or not is irrelevant; the
change was made some time ago, and all sites following the
official poicy of what constitutes the net have conformed.
PLEASE, do not post anything to net.chess. Post to net.games.chess
only. Otherwise your postings will not reach most of the net.
If your site still has net.chess, please as the news administrator
to rmgroup it and to make sure that a net.games.chess feed is
arriving from outside.
Could we have a current ladder posting, please?
