[net.micro.amiga] OS9???

michaelm@bcsaic.UUCP (michael b maxwell) (09/11/85)

Let me express my ignorance: what is this OS9 that everyone is talking
about? References... And does it run Lisp? What kind?

As I said before, I don't think it's a good idea to turn this
into an OS9 conference, but I'll leave that problem up to the organizers.
If you don't get a good description of the OS-9 operating system, then
write me a 'letter' and I'll send you a lengthy description.

As for Lisp. I know of some people who run XLisp (written in 'C')
under OS-9. I don't know much about it though--no personal interest.

                                           Cheers! -- Jim O.
