I have read there is a sound sampling capibilities with the Amiga. I have an application that involves sampling phone signals. I would like to be able to sense any following: 1) The Touch Tones(tm) (if possible) 2) The busy signal (important) 3) Other signals such as reorder and ringing (important) 4) The carrier of a 300/1200/2400 modem (if possible) Can the Amiga's sound sensing abilities go this far? If so, it has some neat applications that today can only be done with either expensive or non-standard hardware boards. If you have any answers or even comments, please send them to me at the addresses below. If there is an interest, I will post a summary to the net. -- Name: Gary Kremen Address 1: kremen@aerospace.ARPA Address 2: {sdcrdcf, trwrb, randvax}!aero!kremen.UUCP Address 3: BITNET, CSNET, MAILNET, others - through correct gateways Quote:"Everybody loves to see justice done...on someone else" - Bruce Cockburn Contrapositive: "To Live and Die to live and drive in LA" Disclaimer 1: "The company does not know what I am doing" Disclaimer 2: "Both the company and I have great lawyers"
