The archive at seismo doesn't seem to have it either. I hesitate to request a re-post of it since I believe it was quite large. I would prefer to get it via Internet FTP from some host on the ARPA Internet. If you have it, and I can FTP it from you, please contact me. Once I get it, I will make it accessable via ANONYMOUS FTP from host TRANTOR.UMD.EDU. Louis A.
