By spending most of the holidays at it, I have finally managed to sort through all the software I have available for the AMIGA. I now have 4 disks full of stuff that is freely redistributable (though not necessarily public domain). I plan to make them available soon for simply the cost of a disk, mailer, postage, and an extra couple bucks to cover other miscellaneous costs. Probably about $10 a disk. In the process, I discovered several programs that I am hesitant to include because they contain no copyright notices, and I got them second hand (potential for copyright notices to be removed). Any information anyone can provide about the following programs would be appreciated. bited.c: Bit plane editor. Author Edward Kilham. No copyright notice. consol.c: Tests various capabilities of a CLI window (scroll, delete line, etc). Author unknown. No copyright notice. diskio.c: Tests "raw" reads of floppy disk, cylinder by cylinder. Author unknown. No copyright notice. fastlife.c: Plays "life" in a window. Author unknown. No copyright notice. mandel.c: Plots mandelbrot set. Author Kevin A. Bjorke. No copyright notice. parallel.c: Allows CLI user to change parallel port parameters. Author Keith Stobie/Tom Pohorsky. No copyright notice. rax.c: Sprite editor (sort of). Author unknown. No copyright notice. speechtoy.c: Shows use of gadgets in a window and speech routines. Author David Lucas. No copyright notice. whichfont.c: Sample program to list and display available fonts. Author Rob Peck. No copyright notice. -Fred ============================================================================= Fred Fish (415) 644-1230 ucbvax!unisoft!fnf well!fnf =============================================================================
