>Has anyone had any experience using an Anchor Signalman Mark 12 modem with
>an Amiga? I have done the following:

I meant to mention this earlier. I looked at the manual for my signalman
modem, and noticed that none of the hasardous pins on the amiga are used
by the modem. I figured what the heck, and just plugged it in - right sex
and everything! To my sruprise everything worked fine. I was using the
modem program that was posted to the net. Later I got the 1.1 update, and
tried the basic terminal program that comes on the extras disk. After
changing the baudrate to 1200, it also works.

I can only suggest that you check the baudrate in your preferences, and that
you are using the correct parity, and stop bits...

Good luck.
The usual disclaimers apply. I am not responsible if you plug in your modem
and blow it up. Interactive is not responsible for anything that I do in my
spare time.
