Last night I downloaded all the modules of the latest version of the mandelbrot program posted here by R. J. Mical, it was the first one I was able to get all of the code for. Well, when I tried to compile it I had no luck whatsoever. Each module gave me a "Software Error" and I had to re-boot the machine. At first I figured I had run out of stack, so I increased the stack size several times. But this had no effect, I still got the error. I skimmed through the code hoping to see some simple thing that might have caused it but nothing came to light. Has anyone else experienced this problem and has anyone solved it? By the way, I was using version 3.02 of the compiler and version 1.0 of the operating system. Gary Albert Boeing Aerospace Co. ssc-vax!gary

I compiled and ran it without problems using this configuration. --Chuck -- - - - D I S C L A I M E R - - - {ihnp4,fortune}!dual\ All opinions expressed herein are my {qantel,idi}-> !intelca!cem own and not those of my employer, my {ucbvax,hao}!hplabs/ friends, or my avocado plant. :-}
