No one's reply has reached me about my bug report of last week, so here is a concise retry. (I included my basic source with the original article.) Commodore, are you listening? Running Microsoft AmigaBasic 1.1, I encounter a bug with BOB objects colliding with the window boundaries. When the BOB bounces off any window edge and then comes back to that same edge without hitting anything else, the collision goes undetected and the BOB sails right off the screen. (This can occur when the BOB has acceleration towards that edge.) (Note, I haven't tried this using vsprite-type objects yet.) Does anyone else see this problem? Is anyone besides me using AmigaBasic? Hello out there? (not) bouncing off the wall, Charles Poirier

Hi brother, You are not alone out there, I had the same problem too. I also tried it with sprites, the same thing. As you said it seems to occur if you are working with "acceleration" of objects. Hopefully somebody at amiga will help you with this problem - in my case it was just an experimental thing anyway - I don't rely on this to work. I do not hope that it turns out to be true what I read somewhere else sometimes: "They do not pay attention to ordinary customers at Commodore very well - they only support developers".
