From: cthulhu@athena.MIT.EDU In your last message, you mentioned some UNIX termcaps that made emacs work, but you kept me in suspense as to what they were... when I try emacs with MaxiComm and the ansi termcaps, tabs and cursor movement lose badly... strangely enough, most other programs (i.e. Hack) work fine... Incidentally, it appears that MaxiComm is badly copy protected-- after I used it for a while, it has begun demanding the master disk (which is already in the drive) and I need to reinsert the disk... at least it's not a REALLY obnoxious protection that won't run under the workbench... On that note, I've been thinking of getting Deluxe Paint, but I refuse to buy any @#^&*^$#@ non-workbenchable programs! Does it run under the workbench? - Jim Reich cthulhu@charon.mit.edu
