We can get it to change the number of lines per inch on the page, but none of the other format items appear to affect the printer. Is there a bug in the save part of Preferences or in the Workbench itself that doesn't send out the configuration file to the printer when you finish Preferences? Additionally, we have observed the date and time command problem noted earlier with the Preferences setup, and I do get out with a save configuration each time I go in to setup. It is obviously writing something out to disk (the drive light comes on :-}), but it doesn't appear to make it over to the next reboot. Lynne C. Moore <moorel@eglin-vax.arpa> ------
