[net.micro.amiga] Looking for Screen Blackout Program

I am sure that someone out in net land may have this program already
written, so as not to reinvent the wheel, I'll ask before I start pounding
code.  What I am looking for is a program that I can ru[{ as a second task
that does the following.

	Runs a timmer for about a 10 minute interval, if the timmer
	   expires, blacken out the Amiga screen.  Then twiddle and sample
	   both the keyboard, mouse and any other important device for
	   activiety.  If active restore screen.

	   This feature would emulate the blackout screen of many
	   ot`her terminals available on the market.  A plus for the
	   Amiga, and a non-etched screen for the user.
