If I am not mistaken, the default (ROMFONTS?) fonts Topaz are loaded from the kickstart disk when you boot the Amiga. I am interested in making some changes to the "default" fonts, but I'm not sure where to begin looking for a description of the kickstart disk. How would I go about changing something on the kickstart disk? Is this possible? Has anyone been working on a font editor? I have the examples of how to create a disk font written in assembler - but I don't have the assembler. Before I conjure up a program (in c?) to build disk font files directly, I'd like to know if someone already has something like this working (I don't want to reinvent the wheel when someone is already driving a Porsche). Thanks in advance for any help. Kosta ---- ruslan@ecsvax.uucp (I think... but I've never sent anything to myself ...) [ I make no claims - neither disclaim nor datclaim...]
