[net.micro.amiga] 5.25" disk drive for IBM emulation

spencer@usc-oberon.UUCP (Randy Spencer) (04/22/86)

I while back someone was asking about the schematic I had posted outlining
how to construct a 5.25" drive for the amiga. The question was:

in the following:

+++++++++++++++++++++++++                         (A)

                         +      !                             !   9

...what does (A) connect to.

I have not built the drive, but I did the translation of the schematic to
computer readable form and what was ment there (I figure) was for all points
labelled (A) to be connected to each other.

I hope that this answers your questions.

PS. I note that my original posting has been archived at Trantor.umd.edu.
     For those of you who missed my original posting you may find a copy of
     it there via anonymous ftp login with *any* password (I use "guest").
     I sure do appreciate this service, I have used it many a time, like when
     we didn't get hack.12 and hack.13.
