[net.micro.amiga] Need BIX Access Info

Can someone foward information on how to subscribe to BIX.  Commodore has
an offering on CompuServe of which I have a subscription.  But not being
familiar with BIX, which one is the best and if BIX is BEST, how does one
get an account.
