[net.micro.amiga] Farewell to all

randy@cbmvax.UUCP (06/03/86)

Effective Friday, June 13, 1986, I have resigned my position
     at Commodore Business Machines.

I am returning to the R&D fold, where I will have a hand
in creating a product, in addition to supporting one. The
Amiga has been alot of fun to work with, but other
opportunities have surfaced -- one of which was impossible
     to pass up.

I don't know if I will be able to partake in USENET in the
future, but I will do my best to keep up with 'goings-on'.

I want to thank everyone who helped me in OUR quest to
provide a quality support function. From my co-workers
(past and present) at Commodore in West Chester, to the
people at Amiga in Los Gatos (past and present). Without
their help, my job would have been impossible. I am proud
to have been an integral part of the third party support
effort for the Amiga personal computer.

In the future, please send your netmail to the attention
of Phillip Lindsay. I have changed my .signature to reflect
     this.

				Good Luck to all,

				Randy Weiner

Aaaaaargh! And I thought Commodore (in its infinite wisdom) had enough
developer support personnel leaving INVOLUNTARILY! Perhaps now they will
consider hiring back some of the dear departed from Los Gatos....
