I promised I'd post the reults of my AmigaPascal question . Well the overwhelming response is that people who have played with it are underwhelmed. No environment to speak of (the usual language + your editor + your system utilities manner of doing things). I hadn't hoped for much on that, but the UCSD environment, which Tubro filched and added to is so much more pleasant, I thought I'd ask. In terms of the language, the reponse I get is yes it works, but it is Wirth definition pascal, period. (Basicly useless for large serious development projects.) I am hearing good things about TDI's modula II. I'd like to hear more, good or bad about it, as at the moment it is winning the race for my hard earned bucks. Thanx to all who did or will respond, Jeff Kesselman Moved to: ihnp4!uwvax!bambam!captain (please adress all replies to the above, as the account I am sending this from is a semi-public administration account.)
